Review scientific tracks, presentation categories, author requirements, awards, and submission steps for Saturday, 5 September - Sunday, 6 September 2026 at JLN Auditorium, AIIMS New Delhi. Submission closes 20 July 2026.

Abstract presentations

Oral and poster selection

Oral (Platform) Presentation

A total of 6 abstracts will be selected. 8-minute presentation followed by 2-minute discussion.

Poster Presentation

A limited number of high-quality abstracts not selected for oral presentation will be considered for Poster Presentation. Selection will be based on scientific merit and reviewer scores.

Please note: Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance for presentation. The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.

Before you submit

Eligibility

Abstracts must be submitted through the online portal only. Conference registration is not required at the time of abstract submission.

Registration after selection

Authors selected for oral or poster presentation must complete conference registration before presenting at the summit.

Authorship

A submitting author may submit a maximum of two abstracts. The submitting author is listed first by default, and each abstract may include up to six authors.

Format

Abstract body is limited to 300 words excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords. Provide 3-7 keywords and do not include tables, figures, or references.

Final submission

Please review all author details and abstract text before submission. Abstracts cannot be edited or updated online once submitted.

Review

Limited slots are available for abstract presentations. All submissions undergo blinded peer review by the Scientific Committee. The top 6 abstracts will be selected for Oral (Platform) Presentation; a limited number of high-quality remaining abstracts may be selected for poster presentation based on scientific merit and reviewer scores.

Awards and author benefits

Presentation awards

Competitive awards are intended to encourage high-quality submissions across both platform and poster presentation categories.

  1. INR 15,000First prizeAwarded to the highest-scoring abstract in each presentation category.
  2. INR 10,000Second prizeAwarded to the runner-up abstract in each presentation category.
  3. INR 7,500Third prizeAwarded to the third-placed abstract in each presentation category.

Platform (oral) and poster presentations carry the same planned prize amounts, subject to final organizer approval and applicable deductions.

Platform presentation refund

Registered authors selected for Oral (Platform) Presentation may be eligible for registration-fee refund after successful presentation and conclusion of the summit. Poster-presentation registration fees remain part of the delegate registration.
