Before you register
Abstract registration
Abstract submission does not require conference registration at the time of submission. Selected authors must complete conference registration before presenting.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration can be made up to 15 August 2026. Refunds will be made after the event, minus 50% administrative charges. Cancellation after 15 August 2026 is not eligible for refund.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons are not entitled to the conference kit; only meals shall be provided. Please use the offline registration form for this category.
PG students
PG students must upload an endorsement letter forwarded by the Head of Department or Dean, or their current institutional ID card (subject to verification).
