Registration route

Choose how you need to register

Delegates and PG students should use the online workflow. Accompanying person registration remains offline-only.

Online registration

Transfer the fee to the conference account, then complete the online form with your transaction reference and payment screenshot.

  3. 3Submit delegate details, UTR/reference, and payment screenshot for verification.

The payment step comes after you confirm the delegate category and payable fee.

Offline registration

Print the form, fill it in block letters, and post it with a cheque or demand draft. Available for all categories.

Use the offline PDF for accompanying persons and for secretariat-directed offline submissions.

Complete the form with delegate details and submit it through the conference secretariat as instructed in the PDF.

Early bird fees apply until 15 August 2026. Regular rates start from 16 August 2026.

Delegates (Practitioners)

Healthcare professionals. State medical council registration required only if you are an MBBS-registered medical practitioner.

* PG Students' registration is subject to an endorsement letter forwarded by the Head of Department or Dean.

The offline form can be used for accompanying persons and for any delegate category when offline submission is requested by the secretariat.

Before you register

Abstract registration

Abstract submission does not require conference registration at the time of submission. Selected authors must complete conference registration before presenting.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration can be made up to 15 August 2026. Refunds will be made after the event, minus 50% administrative charges. Cancellation after 15 August 2026 is not eligible for refund.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons are not entitled to the conference kit; only meals shall be provided. Please use the offline registration form for this category.

PG students

PG students must upload an endorsement letter from the Head of Department or Dean when registering online.

Online payment proof

Online registration requires bank transfer to the conference account, your transaction reference, and a payment screenshot for secretariat verification.
